Jason Feinberg, Ph.D., is the founder and principal consultant at JSF Consulting. With extensive experience in patent prosecution and problem solving, Dr. Feinberg provides invaluable support to attorneys, agents, and inventors in navigating the technical complexities of intellectual property protection. His expertise spans everything from resolving nuances in basic patent applications to handling advanced research and drafting projects. Dr. Feinberg has managed patent applications across a wide range of technologies, including molecular biology, biochemistry, and medical devices. He also brings additional experience from both industry and academia, with expertise in fields such as organic chemistry, biophysics, and practical mechanical and novelty devices.


Dr. Feinberg entered the field of patent prosecution in 2005 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship in the Chemistry Department at the University of California, San Diego. An accomplished research scientist, he has authored multiple publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
